LAKEISHIA GILBERT
Chief Executive Officer

Lakeisha, a native of Lake Hamilton, Florida, graduated from Haines City Senior High in 1998, where she was an accomplished cheerleader. Her passion for cheerleading was evident from an early age. With 15 years of coaching experience, Lakeisha began by coaching youth cheer for 7 years, achieving National Champion status with numerous wins and an undefeated record.

In 2016, she was honored with the "Key to the City" plaque by the City Mayor. She went on to establish F'yerce Elite Allstars Cheer, Hip Hop Dance, and Cheerablities in 2019. Concurrently, she became the Head Coach at Davenport High School, initiating a new Cheer program. Lakeisha holds the distinction of being the first Polk County Allstar Team to win CHEERSPORT NATIONAL CHAMPION, 5th in the World for Cheer, and Top Finalist for Hip Hop Dance. She is a devoted wife, mother of three, and Principal Secretary at a Magnet Middle School, dedicated to making a positive impact in her community.

NICOLE
President & Account Manager

I’m a wife and a mother of 6 with 3 girls being active members of the F’yerce Elite family. I was born and raised in the Hillsborough/Polk County area and graduated with high honors from Lakeland Senior High School, go Naughts! My post-secondary education took place at Florida Southern College where I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, cum laude. I’m actively pursuing a certification in Project Management and my background and main profession includes 20 years in the auto insurance industry, managing a team that specializes in handling catastrophic injuries and litigations claims. In my spare time I enjoy purchasing and selling real estate, traveling, and just reading a good book.

I joined the F’yerce family approximately 2 years ago and my life as I once knew it, has never been the same. I enjoy every aspect of competitive cheer! It comes with highs and lows, wins and losses, long nights and early morning, but the exhilarating feeling we get watching our girls on the blue mat is well worth it. F’yerce is an organization that started not long ago but is on its way to doing big things in our community and I’m elated to be a part of the team.

I oversee the financial aspect of the parent’s accounts and I’m the contact person for any questions or concerns. I look forward to working with each one of you in the future and please do not hesitate to contact me with any future questions or concerns.

AMARILIS
SPANISH INTERPRETER REPRESENTATIVE

Amarilis Colon was born in Bayamón, Puerto Rico. Mother of 2 children with one being diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder 🧩. I joined the F’yerce Family approximately two years ago. My daughter was the one who sparked this passion of Competitive Cheer in our home, as I had no idea this sport existed. I was sold ever since seeing her first competition. F’yerce Elite Allstars has another team that has blessed our family and it’s the Cheerabilities team, in which my son participates on

Being part of the F’yerce family I oversee all travel accommodations, assist with the special abilities team, and also help parents with any concerns or questions they may have.

COACH DOMINIQUE
Coach

Coach Dominique was born and raised in Haines City Florida. She attended Bethune Academy, Daniel Jenkins Academy and Haines City High School. While in elementary school, she participated in the Haines City High School Mascot Cheer (Mini Cheerleaders) program. Her love for cheer grew from there, and although a dual-athlete, cheer was always her #1 passion! Dominique cheered for Haines City High School for three years in which she held the co-captain title for one of those years. During Dominique’s senior year of high school, she was chosen to cheer with the Polk State Eagles as a part of their sideline and competitive team.

Coach Dominique’s love for cheer transferred into the desire to coach as she’s had the opportunity to do at several levels. She held the assistant coach position for Poinciana High School’s JV and Varsity sideline teams as well as Head Coach for the Poinciana High School competitive team. Coach Dominique has also been able to spearhead cheer programs for the Boys & Girls Club as well.

I was born and raised in Fishers, Indiana. I have currently resided in Davenport, FL for the last 5 years. My most important job is being a stay at home mom with my 3 beautiful children. I've always had a passion for art and design, as such I pursued my passion by taken classes in fashion and interior design. I stay current with the latest trends and techniques by constantly researching.

Dance or on stage theatrics is also another hidden talent of mines. I'm dedicated to creating trendy pieces for F’YERCE athletes and families using high quality materials. My goal is to assist with keeping costs down for athletes and families by producing products in-house.
